We have important news about shipping to the Middle East. We found out about this today.
Japan Post (our courier) told us that some parcels sent to certain areas in the Middle East are being returned. We do not know which areas exactly. Japan Post also does not know. Some orders are arriving safely. Some are being sent back.
Can We Still Ship to You?
Yes. We are still sending orders to the Middle East. For example, orders to Dubai have arrived without problems. But there is a risk. Your parcel may be returned, depending on your area.
If Your Order is Returned
Do not worry. We will contact you. You will have two choices:
- We send it again — no extra cost for you.
- We cancel your order — and give you a full refund.
