We have important news about shipping to the Middle East. We found out about this in May 2026.
Japan Post (our courier) told us that some parcels sent to certain areas in the Middle East are being returned. We do not know which areas exactly. Japan Post also does not know. Some orders are arriving safely. Some are being sent back.
Can We Still Ship to You?
Yes. We are still sending orders to the Middle East. For example, orders to Dubai have arrived without problems. But there is a risk. Your parcel may be returned, depending on your area.
If Your Order is Returned
Do not worry. We will contact you. You may choose one of the following options:
Option 1 — Refund: Shipping for your region is subsidized, which means the actual cost we pay to Japan Post is higher than what you paid at checkout. The actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, and the remaining amount will be returned to you.
Option 2 — Reship: We will send your order again. As the original shipping fee has already been paid to Japan Post, you will need to pay the full shipping cost for the second delivery before we reship.
About Shipping Costs and Refunds
We offer discounted shipping to Middle Eastern countries. The shipping cost you see at checkout is already reduced — it does not reflect the full courier rate that we pay to Japan Post.
Because of this, if your order is returned and you choose a refund, we will need to subtract the actual shipping cost from your refund. We will refund the remaining amount to you.
We are sorry for this. We do our best to make sure every order arrives safely. If a parcel is returned due to reasons outside our control, we hope you understand this policy.
We will update this page when we have more information. Thank you for your patience and support.
