This white stew risotto is a slowly cooked, creamy rice dish inspired by Japanese-style white stew, a thick, mild vegetable stew. Made with rice grown in Akita, Japan, onions, potatoes, shimeji mushrooms, and corn. Designed in Japan for long-term emergency food supplies, it offers a convenient meal for busy days or travel.
Enjoy straight from the pouch, with no cooking, heating, or added water needed. It has a 7-year shelf life. Allergy-friendly.
