A traditional mochi from Fukui Prefecture, inspired by the fine Echizen silk (habutae) of the Edo period. Silky-smooth in texture, this assorted box comes with two flavors, 7 individual pieces each.
- Kinako (7 pcs): A well-balanced blend of rich brown sugar sweetness and nutty roasted soybean flour (kinako) generously coated on the outside.
- Matcha (7 pcs): Made with premium Uji matcha from Kyoto ā refined sweetness with a gentle matcha depth. Perfect even for matcha beginners.
