Gokabou is a traditional Japanese snack from Saitama that's been around since the Edo period ā think soft dough made from roasted soybean flour (kinako) and syrup. This version takes it up a notch with almonds, cacao nibs, and buttermilk, all coated in smooth chocolate. 8 individual pcs.
