A gentle, umami-rich dashi stock made from shiitake mushrooms with a hint of bonito. Dashi is a key flavor base in Japanese cooking, but it adds depth to any cuisine â miso soup, rice bowls, simmered dishes, soups, sauces, and more. 1 sachet makes about 4 bowls of miso soup. 4g Ă 10 sachets.
