Taiyaki is a Japanese fish-shaped pastry, commonly sold as street food. The most common filling is red bean paste that is made from sweetened adzuki beans.
This snack is shaped like a taiyaki, filled with an airy strawberry mousse.

This rice cracker was released in 1978 (Showa 53). Until the introduction of THIS rice cracker, soft-type rice crackers were predominantly salad-flavored, characterized by their oiliness and saltiness. Rice crackers that are sweet and salty like this product was only known in certain parts of the Koshin region.
